Fiji Dive Trip

Another group of intrepid divers joined us again for a weeks diving at Safari Lodge at Nananu-i-ra Island in Fiji. A welcome break towards the end of an NZ winter and we were treated to some amazing warm water diving.

Heading out for our first dive

Again the highlight was heading out the Vatu-i-ra reef system in the Bligh channel. We were transported quickly and comfortably on the Wild Cat dive boat which provided a stable platform for a 3 dive day.

A few of the group extended the diving by one day and we headed across to Pacific Harbour to join one of the top shark dives in the world. We witnessed over 20 very large Bull sharks being hand fed, along with Silvertips, White tips and Nurse sharks all turning up for the fun.
