Extended Range Diver Course
The objective of this course is to train divers in the proper techniques, equipment requirements, and hazards of deep air diving to a maximum of 50 m and utilising Nitrox mixtures or oxygen for staged decompression. This course is also a prerequisite for the Mixed Gas Trimix Gas Course.
What do I need to start?
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Minimum of 100 logged dives (25 be deeper than 30 m)
- Advanced Nitrox Diver and Decompression Procedures Diver or equivalents
How long will it take?
Four days with six open water dives (minimum accumulated bottom time of 100 minutes). All dives must be deeper than 30m with four dives deeper than 40m.
Entry-level Trimix Diver Course
The Entry Level Trimix Course provides the training required to competently and safely utilise breathing gases containing helium for dives that require staged decompression, utilising Nitrox or oxygen mixtures during decompression to a maximum depth of 60m. The objective of this course is to train divers in the benefits, hazards and proper procedures of utilising custom O2/He/N2 mixtures as breathing gases.
What do I need to start?
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Advanced Nitrox Diver and Decompression Procedures Diver or equivalent
- Minimum of 100 logged dives
How long will it take?
Three days with four open water dives with a minimum accumulated bottom time of 100 minutes, with at least two dives deeper than 40 m.
